All quotes are valid for 28 days from the date issued.
Invoices are payable within 7 days, and any billing queries must be raised within 48 hours.
Social Media Content Creation Packages require a minimum 6 month term, after which they continue on a rolling monthly basis.
All invoices must be paid in full before any content creation, advertising, website work, or branding refresh begins.
For monthly services, work will commence once the first invoice and any applicable setup fees have been received. Monthly payments are charged pro rata from the agreed start date.
One off services, including logo or brand refresh work, will begin only after full payment has been received.
